The county says jail staff sort all mail and distribute mail daily. Do not send money orders or cashier's checks through the mail for commissary, since the county commissary page says they will not be accepted.

The dialing rule is local and important. If the inmate does not dial 0 before the area code and number, the county page says the call will not go through.
Fountain County Jail Bond
Fountain County publishes direct bond instructions. The bonding page says bonding an inmate out of jail can be done in person at the jail with exact cash, or in person at the jail using a debit or credit card through GovPayNow. Property release is separate from bond. The official property page says inmates are issued jail clothing and bedding, extra garments must be purchased through commissary, and personal property may be released only after the inmate authorizes the pickup person on a property release form.
